Friday August 29- 6 Miles
Easy day before meet.
Saturday August 30- 7miles
Rushville Invite. Had a very Motivating speech from a great friend of mine, Andrew Fritz. He did a great job of getting the team pumped up, but also relaxing them from the first meet of the year nerves. Thanks Frigza you are the man! Over all I had a very solid run. I didn’t feel too great about my run. I felt horrible the whole time, but i still managed to win. Mark Crossman drafted me the whole entire race until a K to go. He passed me and led the race for about 900 meters until the home stretch where we had a dead sprint for the finish. It was a very fun race and I loved the competition that Mark gave me. Also a great showing of a freshman. He did the same exact thing I did last year as a junior. look out for him towards the end of this year and the next three years!

Sunday August 10th-6.5miles
Really just a run to top off mileage and keep my legs moving. Sort of did a fartlek run, only not real intense, just kind of went when I was feeling good and backed down the second I thought about going fast.
